Trump Goes Ballistic On Top Fox News Personality: ‘Sleazebags’

President Donald Trump took aim at Fox News anchor Jacqui Heinrich on Truth Social on Sunday, criticizing her handling of an interview with Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif. Trump accused the network of giving airtime to what he called “professional liars” and argued that Heinrich failed to provide sufficient pushback during the segment.

The criticism followed an earlier post in which Trump expressed frustration over Khanna appearing on Fox without what he deemed proper challenge from the network. In the later post, he named Heinrich directly, claiming her segment undermined Fox’s ongoing “Common Sense dialogue.” Trump wrote that repeated lies from Khanna, without rebuttal from Heinrich, “completely obliterated” the network’s balanced coverage.

Trump expanded his criticism to other Fox guests, including comedian Bill Maher and House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries of New York. He called Maher “low-rated” and accused the network of lending him undeserved credibility, while describing Jeffries as “very Low IQ” and someone who views the Supreme Court as “illegitimate.” Trump suggested that these appearances erase any positive or fair coverage he perceives during the day.

“No matter how ‘Fair and Balanced’ the day’s News at Fox may be, the end result is destroyed by professional Liars, Conmen, and Liberal, Crooked Politicians,” Trump wrote. He emphasized that such segments frustrate MAGA Republicans, who he claimed make up nearly the entire party, despite acknowledging the contributions of other anchors and commentators he supports.

Trump concluded that the network’s choices make it difficult to secure electoral victories, writing, “Hard to win Elections like this!” His posts highlight ongoing tension between the former president and a news outlet he once embraced, underscoring his concerns about how Fox covers political figures he opposes.
