The Senate on Wednesday evening voted on a resolution to block President Trump’s Canadian tariffs from taking effect. The measure, authored by Sen. Tim Kaine (D., Va.), would overturn an emergency declaration that the Trump administration cited to impose tariffs on Canada.

Four Republicans joined Democrats in backing the resolution. The list:

Sen. Susan Collins of Maine

Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska

Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky

Sen. Mitch McConnell of Kentucky

The vote passed 51-48 in the Senate, but the measure has been blocked in the House.
