Shocking Details About Migrant Who Killed Five People Including Two Children After He Failed..

#New Bond Reduced To $7,000 For Migrant Who Killed Five People Including Two Children After He Failed To Stop His 18-Wheeler – Allowing the alleged killer bond out of jail
#Texas
Solomun Weldekeal-Araya, drove his 18-wheeler into stopped traffic in Austin, Texas. His bond was originally set at $1.2 million but was reduced by a Travis County judge.

17 people and 17 vehicles were involved in the crash, 5 people were killed, including 2 children, a 4-year-old and an infant

11 people were also hospitalized, including 3 children.

Investigators say Solomun ran into two vehicles and just continued driving. He then tried to flee the scene. Witnesses said Solomun never hit the breaks and it was the cars that stopped his semi -truck from moving. After the wreck a video shows Solomun walking around, disoriented and unable to speak english.

The 37-year-old migrant that was allowed into the country and fast tracked to be a truck driver through a biden program still faces seven DWI-related felony charges, which came after field sobriety tests and drug recognition examinations APD conducted in its initial investigation.

According to those same Travis County court records, his bond was lowered on Tuesday to $1,000 per charge, and his bond conditions were modified to include the following:

GPS monitoring with no curfew and no exclusion zones
Use of an ignition interlock device
Pretrial supervision
No operation of a commercial motor vehicle

The courts reached this agreement the day before the scheduled bond hearing to discuss the matter. The Travis County District Attorney’s Office said it “reached an agreement to modify the conditions of pretrial release to keep our community safe while Solomun Weldekeal-Araya awaits trial. The agreement was reached with defense counsel, and the Court approved it.”

Myers said last month there was “a lack of probable cause,” following Weldekeal-Araya being accused of being under the influence at the time of the crash.

Weldekeal-Araya was hauling an Amazon load when the crash happened. Amazon claims he is not an Amazon employee, but worked for an independent trucking company that Amazon contracts with.

The crash put a spotlight on a possible fraudulent trucking ring that developed as a result of Biden’s program, that allegedly employs migrants who do not speak english and did not pass CDL tests to drive trucks
