SACRAMENTO, CA — Federal agents have arrested a man accused of carrying out a shocking drive-by shooting at ABC 10 in Sacramento, and what investigators discovered in his car has sent shockwaves nationwide.The suspect, identified as Anibal Hernandez-Santana, 64, was first taken into custody by local police on Sept. 19 after allegedly opening fire on the ABC affiliate’s building. But just hours after he posted $200,000 bail, the FBI re-arrested him on federal charges.
