2/2 Soup made with layers of pasta, meat, cheese, and tomato sauce.

 

First, prepare the broth.
Warm a big pot or Dutch oven on medium heat.
Put the minced meat or Italian sausage. Cook until it turns brown, breaking it into small pieces while cooking. Remove extra fat.
Add the diced onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the ingredients are soft and smell good.
Step 2: Create the Taste
Include crushed tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, broth, Italian herbs, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Heat the mixture until it boils, then lower the heat to let it simmer. Cover the dish and cook for 15-20 minutes so the flavors can mix together.
Step 3: Prepare the pasta.
Put the cracked lasagna noodles into the soup that is gently boiling.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the noodles are soft.
Step 4: Get the cheese ready.
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses in a small bowl.
Step 5: Serve the dish.
Pour the hot soup into the bowls.
Put a large spoonful of the cheese mixture on top of each portion.
Add some fresh parsley or basil on top, if you like.
