Who remembers when the only 3 TV channels, we had signed off playing the National Anthem?

One of the TV’s I grew up with. Black & White , no color. 5 channels , 5 , 9 , 12 , 19 & sometimes 64.

I remember some people only got 3 channels. All channels signed off every morning from about 3 am to 7am with a playing of the National Anthem , then nothing but snow and white noise. Still miss Past Prime Playhouse. Kelly Lipscombs sister would buy Kurt & me some Little Kings , and we would watch some creepy movies. Good times. We always had more than 3 channels but I do remember the National Anthem played every night. I remember 2 channels and one station sometimes played one network and sometimes the other
