And what’s more? She came up with this ingenious idea during the pandemic. Before the world was hit by the pandemic, Precious had a unique arrangement.
But when 2020 rolled around, travel restrictions forced her to stay put.
With a spacious home boasting three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, Precious pondered her next move.
She candidly shared: “I kind of don’t want to pay my mortgages. I hadn’t been paying my mortgage. Airbnb was kind of paying it for me all of those months prior, so I didn’t want to continue my mortgages.”
