ELON MUSK IS BACK ! JUST IN: Musk Has Uncovered Something MASSIVE in Minnesota..

Elon Musk has reignited controversy by publicly accusing Minnesota Governor Tim Walz of enabling what he described as election-related misconduct in the state. His comments have drawn renewed attention to Minnesota’s election laws and recent policy changes.

At the center of the criticism is the “Driver’s Licenses for All” law signed by Walz in 2023. The legislation allows undocumented immigrants to obtain state-issued driver’s licenses and identification cards, with estimates suggesting more than 81,000 non-citizens in Minnesota could be eligible.

Election officials have acknowledged that individuals holding these licenses can appear at polling places and register to vote on Election Day. Minnesota does not require proof of citizenship during same-day voter registration, relying instead on sworn statements and identity verification.

Under current rules, if a voter is challenged, they may still cast a ballot after presenting a valid state-issued ID and completing the required affidavit. Critics argue this system creates vulnerabilities, while supporters say safeguards are in place and that voting by non-citizens remains illegal.

Minnesota also does not have a traditional voter ID law, a long-standing policy that has fueled debate for years. Musk’s remarks have amplified those arguments, placing Governor Walz and the state’s election framework back in the national spotlight.
