-One civilian shot
SUSPECT(unconfirmed): Middle Eastern male wearing bullet-proof vest, armed with assault rifle
NYPD has called Level 3 Mobilization Response with counter-terrorism units and bomb squad on scene.
Heavy weapons team has entered the building as hundreds shelter in place.
